Seller – SALVAREA DINTILOR SRL, with office in the city of Voluntari, str. Erou Iancu Nicolaie, no. 63B, Ilfov, registered at the Trade Register under no. J2024017229003, tax code 50457255, legally represented by Mr. dr. Vladila Bogdan, in the capacity of Administrator.

Subscriber/Patient/Custodian
Any natural person registered on the Site, who, by sending an email with his complete data or completing the Account creation process, has given his consent to the site-specific clauses in the General Terms and Conditions section/ who has or will obtain access to the Content, through any means of communication made available by the Seller (electronic, telephone, etc.) or on the basis of an existing user agreement between the Seller and him and which requires the creation and use of an Account/natural person who creates an Account on the Site and signs a ‘Subscription for financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth 1-20 years’.

The electronic document represented by the signing and sending to bogdanvladila@gmail.com of the signed contract ‘Subscription for financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth 1-20 years’ which represents the form of communication between the Seller and the Patient/Custodian and through which the Patient/Custodian transmits to the Seller, through the Website, his intention to enter the prevention-treatment program “Subscription for financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth 1-20 years”.

Contract
It represents the signed contract ‘Subscription for financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth 1-20 years’ for the provision of prevention-treatment services concluded at a distance between the Seller and the Patient/Custodian, through the virtual store, www.stemgenerator.com which uses, before and during the moment of concluding this contract, one or more remote communication techniques (email, telephone), which do not involve the simultaneous physical presence of the two parties.

It represents all the information that can be obtained, communicated by e-mail or by any electronic means and/or any other means of communication, available visited, viewed or otherwise accessed with the help of an electronic device by accessing the site, as well as
any information communicated by any means by an employee/collaborator of the Seller to the Patient/Custodian, according to the contact information, specified or not by him, as well as, but not limited to, information related to the Goods or the rates charged by the Seller in a certain period, information related to the Goods or the rates charged by a third party with whom the Seller has concluded partnership contracts, in a certain period, data related to the Seller, or other privileged data of him.

Transaction
Collection or reimbursement of an amount resulting from the sale of a ‘Subscription for financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth 1-20 years’ by the Seller, Custodian, by using the services of the card processor approved by the Seller.

The tax applied according to O.U.G. No. 5/2015 regarding electrical and electronic equipment waste, which represents the value expressed in lei, paid by the Seller to the company authorized to take over the collection, transport and recovery/recycling of electrical and electronic equipment waste.

Card data is processed exclusively through the bank, our store does not request or store any details regarding your card.

Delivery
Signing the contract ‘Subscription for financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth 1-20 years’, provided by the Seller.

Day
It represents any day of the week, except Saturday and Sunday and any national and/or legal holiday, as well as any day on which institutions in Romania are open to the public.
All references to the term day/days are interpreted as working day/days.

4.3. For justified reasons (such as, but not limited to lack of stock, cessation of production for the product, withdrawal from the market, limitations from the authorities, and any other such causes), the Seller reserves the right to limit the number of Patients/Custodians with who signs “Subscription financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth 1-20 years”. If there are such justifying reasons that require a change in the quantity of Goods in the Order, the Seller will inform the Patient/Custodian at the e-mail address provided to the Seller when placing the Order and will return the eventual amount paid for the undelivered products, within 30 days.
4.4. The contract is considered concluded between the Seller and the Patient/Custodian when the online payment made by the Patient/Custodian is accepted on the Seller’s account.

5. ONLINE SALES POLICY

5.5. Communication with the Seller can be done through the addresses mentioned in the Contact section of the Site. The seller has the freedom to manage the information received without having to provide justifications for this.
5.6. In the case of an unusually high volume of traffic coming from an internet network, the Seller reserves the right to ask the Clients/Custodians to manually enter captcha validation codes, in order to protect the information on the Site.
5.7. The Seller may publish on the Site information about Goods and/or promotions practiced by him or by any other third party with whom the Seller has concluded partnership contracts, during a certain period of time.
5.8. In the case of online payments, the Seller is not/cannot be held responsible for any other additional costs incurred by the Patient/Custodian, including, but not limited to, currency conversion fees applied by the card issuing bank, if the currency of its issuance differs from RON. The Custodian is solely responsible for this action.
5.9. All the information used to describe the Goods available on the Site (texts, static / dynamic images/multimedia presentations, etc.) do not represent a contractual obligation on the part of the Seller, they are used exclusively for presentation purposes.

6. SITE CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
6.1. The site administrator declares on his own responsibility that the entire content of the site is original and that all the resources used (texts, product images, specifications, video, text, etc.) are used with the consent of the producer, without violating the copyright law .
6.2. By accessing this site, the User/Patient/Custodian declares that he/she agrees that the Seller is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights over the content of this site, including but not limited to texts, photos, articles, text clips, trademarks , etc.
6.3. In the same sense, the User/Patient/Custodian agrees not to affect or interfere in any way with the security elements of the site, with the elements that prevent or restrict the use, copying of a content or the elements that strengthen the limits of use of the site or its content.
6.4. The content of this site may not be used, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, exposed, for purposes other than those expressly and legally permitted. The extraction of any information followed by any commercial use that exceeds the scope of private copying regulated by law or for sale or licensing and without prior written consent of the owners of the property rights, constitutes a violation of the terms and conditions.
6.5. Electronic Stem Generator and all the products sold on the site, together with the displayed logos, are registered trademarks and enjoy all the prerogatives conferred by the Community legislation in the field of industrial property, including Law No. 84/1998 on trademarks and geographical indications. Any unauthorized use constitutes counterfeiting and attracts the responsibility of the guilty person according to the legal provisions.
6.6. The content, as defined in the preamble, including but not limited to logos, stylized representations, commercial symbols, static images, dynamic images, text and/or multimedia content presented on the Site, are the exclusive property of the Seller, being All rights obtained in this regard directly or indirectly (through licenses for use and/or publication) are reserved.
6.7. The Patient/Custodian is not allowed to copy, distribute, publish, transfer to third parties, modify and/or otherwise alter, use, link to, display, include any Content in any context other than the one originally intended by the Seller, include any Content in outside the Site, removing the signs that signify the Seller’s copyright on the Content, as well as participating in the transfer, sale, distribution of some materials made by reproducing, modifying or displaying the Content, except with the express written consent of the Seller.
6.8. Any Content to which the Patient/Custodian has and/or obtains access by any means is subject to the Document, if the Content is not accompanied by a specific and valid usage agreement concluded between the Seller and him, and without any implied warranty or expressly formulated by the Seller with reference to that Content.
6.9. The Patient/Custodian may copy, transfer and/or use the Content only for personal or non-commercial purposes, only if they do not conflict with the provisions of the Document.
6.10. If the Seller grants the Patient/Custodian the right to use, in the form described in a separate usage agreement, certain content, to which the Patient/Guardian has or obtains access following this agreement, this right extends only to that or those contents defined in that agreement, only during the validity period of this agreement or these contents on the website and the period exactly defined in the agreement, according to the defined conditions, if they exist and do not represent a contractual commitment from the To the Seller for the respective Patient/Custodian or any other third party who has/obtains access to this transferred content, by any means and who could be or is harmed in any way by this content, during or after the expiration of the user agreement.
6.11. No Content transmitted to the Patient/Custodian, through any means of communication or acquired by him/her by accessing, visiting and/or viewing does not constitute a contractual obligation on the part of the Seller and/or his/her employee/supplier who mediated the transfer of Content, in if it exists, in relation to the respective content.
6.12. Any use of the Content for purposes other than those expressly permitted by this Document or by the user agreement that accompanies it, if it exists, is prohibited.

7. ASSIGNMENT AND SUBCONTRACTING
7.1. The Seller can assign and/or subcontract to a third party for Services related to the payment of the “Subscription for financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth 1-20 years” with the Patient’s information, without his consent being necessary.

8. ORDER
8.1. The Patient/Custodian can place Orders on the Website, by sending a panoramic radiograph (orthopantomographies) taken in the last 30 days and signing the ‘Subscription for financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth 1-20 years’, following to complete the Order only if it is validated by the operator payment of the site payment by one of the methods indicated by the Seller. Once the payment has been validated and the Seller has signed the subscription contract for the financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth for 1-20 years, an ESG medical device will be delivered by courier, as long as there is stock available for it. Sending the panoramic x-ray and the patient’s data either by email or online, in the absence of completing the Order, does not entail the registration of an order, implicitly nor the start of the services of financially guaranteed maintenance of the number of teeth.
8.2. By completing the Order, the Patient agrees that all the data provided by him, necessary for the purchase process, are correct, complete and true at the time of signing the subscription for financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth 1-20 years.
8.3. By accessing the website www.stemgenerator.com, the Patient agrees that all texts, agreements, notices, information presentations and other communications offered electronically by the Seller satisfy any legal requirement that these communications be made in writing. The custodian declares that he understands that all communications will be made by electronic mail.
8.4. The Custodian/Patient is asked to carefully check the subscription contract for financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth 1-20 years and the personalized treatment plan, which represents the final order.
8.5. After checking the contract and the personalized treatment plan, the Custodian/Patient must make the payment through the payment link received from the Seller.
8.6. Confirmation of the signature of the ‘Subscription for financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth 1-20 years’ by the Seller is conditioned by the validation in the Seller’s account of the payment from the Patient/Custodian
8.7. Payment of the ‘Subscription for financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth 1-20 years’ can be made online, using Visa, Mastercard cards in an online payment processing system through a payment link or by bank transfer.
8.8. By completing the payment ‘Subscription for financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth 1-20 years’, the Custodian/Patient agrees that the Seller can contact him, by any means available/agreed by the Seller, in any situation in which it is necessary to contact the Custodian.
8.9. Confirmation of the Seller’s acceptance of the ‘Subscription for financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth 1-20 years’ is conditioned by the registration of the payment in the Seller’s account. In this sense, the registration of the payment in the Seller’s account will be confirmed by the latter by sending an e-mail to the Custodian with the contract signed by the Seller “Subscription for financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth 1-20 years “.
8.10. The Seller can refuse/cancel the Order made by the Patient/Custodian, following a prior notification addressed to the Custodian, without any subsequent obligation of either party to the other or without any party being able to claim damages from the other in the following cases:
8.10.1. non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the Patient’s/Custodian’s card, of the transaction, in the case of online payment;
8.10.2. invalidation of the transaction by the card processor approved by the Seller, in the case of online payment;
8.10.3. the data provided by the Patient/Custodian on the Site are incomplete and/or incorrect;
8.10.4. the subscription cannot be granted in the Patient’s geographical area;
8.10.5. there was an error regarding the price or the necessary treatments;
8.10.6. the data entered in the order form by the Custodian are not complete or cannot be processed, etc.
8.11. If an order is refused/cancelled, the Custodian/patient will be notified by e-mail.
8.12. If the Patient/Custodian requests withdrawal from the 1-20 years financially guaranteed maintenance of existing number of teeth subscription contract for the number of teeth within the first 7 (seven) days from the start of the signed contract, they must also return the medical devices that accompanied the respective subscription. Since in this case the Order is paid, the Seller will reimburse the amount within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the ESG medical device by the Seller, in a condition certified by the manufacturer, with the specifications of this contract. The costs related to the return of the ESG medical device will be borne by the Patient/Custodian. The amount will be returned as follows:
8.12.1. for Orders paid by online card: by refund to the account from which the payment was made;
8.12.2. for Orders paid with OP/reimbursement/Transfer/Bank card: by bank transfer.
8.13. The seller may refuse to refund the amount, in whole or in part, depending on how the returned product is affected or damaged, in which case the Custodian/Patient will be notified
8.14. In the event that a Subscription paid by the Patient/Custodian can no longer be insured by the Seller for any reason, the latter will notify the Patient/Custodian of this fact and will return to the Patient/Custodian’s account the counter value of the fraction of the years not completed until that day of “Subscription financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth 1-20 years”. This payment of the fraction of the remaining years of the subscription will be paid within 30 days from the date on which the Seller notified this fact.

9. GOODS/SERVICES FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS NOT ENSURED
9.1. The following are exempted from the right of withdrawal from the Contract: payment for the current calendar year of the subscription for financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth 1-20 years.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY
10.1. Information of any nature provided by the Seller’s Custodian/Patient will remain the property of the Seller.
10.2. No public declaration, promotion, press release or any other way of disclosure to third parties will be made by the Custodian/Patient regarding the Subscription/Contract financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth 1-20 years without the prior written consent of the Seller.
10.3. By submitting information or materials through this site, you grant the Seller unrestricted and irrevocable access to them, the right to use, reproduce, display, modify, transmit and distribute these materials or information. You also agree that the Seller may freely use, in his own interest, these ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques that you have sent to us through the Site. The seller will not be subject to obligations regarding the confidentiality of the information sent, if the legislation in force does not provide for other specifications in this regard.
10.4. The Custodian/Patient undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the technical data and clinical and scientific results that the Seller makes available to him, in the process of training on the use of the devices and recommending treatment to third parties.

11. INVOICING – PAYMENT
11.1. The prices of the Goods displayed on the website www.stemgenerator.com include all taxes according to the legislation in force.
11.1.1. The prices displayed on the website can be changed at any time, but this will not have any effect on the orders for which the Seller sent them to the Patient by signing the subscription for financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth for 1-20 years.
11.1.2. Any contract specifies with an enforceable character whether the full payment will be made or in installments, prior to the delivery of the first ESG medical device.
11.1.3. Payment for the delivered products will be made in the national currency RON, at the BNR exchange rate displayed on the day of payment.
11.1.4. The price, the method of payment and any installments are enforceable and are specified in each Subscription for financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth 1-20 years. The Seller will issue to the Custodian/Patient an enforceable invoice for the entire agreed and signed Subscription, the Custodian/Patient’s obligation being to provide all the information necessary to issue the invoice and his current employer, in accordance with the legislation in force.
11.2. The Seller will send the Custodian/Patient the invoice with the full amount related to the period agreed with the respective patient of the Subscription for financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth 1-20 years sold by the Seller, exclusively in electronic format, by electronic mail, to the mentioned e-mail address by Custodian/Patient.

12. DELIVERY OF GOODS
12.1. The signed contract will be delivered by email and shipment of a medical device will be made within 14 working days from the validation of the agreed payment by signing the ‘Subscription for financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth 1-20 years’.
12.2. The seller will ensure the appropriate packaging of the ESG medical device and will ensure the transmission of the accompanying documents.
12.3. The seller will deliver the ESG medical device to the address mentioned by the Custodian. For the “Electronic Stem Generator medical device” product, the delivery will be made by door-to-door courier system to the Custodian/Patient, at the Seller’s expense.
12.4. The delivery will be made, as a rule, on Monday-Friday, between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
12.5. The initial delivery term can be extended and in this case the Patient/Custodian is notified by email, depending on the delivery address.
12.6. If the Custodian wants to change the delivery address, he is obliged to notify the Seller about this fact before receiving the e-mail confirming the payment validation.
12.7. If the Custodian/any other person in charge of receiving the parcels is not found at the address on the day of delivery, the delivery procedure will resume the next day, and the parcel will then be returned to the Seller. In this situation, the Seller is exempt from any responsibility regarding the delivery time of the medical device.
12.8. When receiving the ESG medical devices, the Custodian must always check that they correspond in terms of quality and send a confirmation email to the Seller.
12.9. If upon receipt of the products, they do not correspond from a qualitative point of view, the Custodian will inform the Seller of any inconsistencies via an email to bogdanvladila@gmail.com on the same day.
12.10. If the delivery is made to a person other than the Custodian, any mention/report/complaint regarding the condition/characteristics/delivery method of the medical device can be made within a maximum period of 24 hours from reception, through email at bogdanvladila@gmail.com
12.11. After the expiration of the above terms, no mention/report/complaint will be accepted.
12.12. Following the evaluation and acceptance of the complaint about quality defects of the ESG medical device by the Seller, the Seller will replace the ESG medical device within 14 (fourteen) days, in which case the cost of transportation for the second product will be borne by Seller.
12.13. For the product “Subscription for financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth 1-20 years” the delivery is considered completed when the contract signed by both the Seller and the Patient/Custodian is received by email and the collection of the money on the subscription is validated.
12.14. The custodian is responsible for the correctness of the delivery data: the delivery address, respectively the email address and telephone number. The seller does not assume any damages that may occur as a result of address transmission errors on the part of the Custodian.
12.15. After the expiry of a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the contract should have been paid and signed, but without it being signed, for reasons not attributable to the Seller, the order will be canceled and the contract will be considered null.
12.16. The seller reserves the right to delay or even cancel Subscriptions financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth 1-20 years already paid and signed if they cannot be honored for reasons independent of his will, which include: government actions, force majeure impediments, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, civil disturbances, epidemics and the like.

13. WARRANTIES
13.1. The good provided in Appendix A, depending on the patient’s condition examined by Dr. Vladila Bogdan or other dentists, has determined to be accepted the ‘Subscription for financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth 1-20 years’, and must clearly specify the number of years for which the respective patient accepted and was assumed by the Seller, benefiting from warranty conditions in accordance with the legislation in force in Medicine
13.2. For the Electronic Stem Generator devices, which are the subject of Custody contracts, SC ZIR-IMPLANT SRL guarantees functionality and compliance during the period of use, with the mention that not all devices offered for custody are new.

14. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
14.1. The completion of medical device deliveries depends on the availability of ESG medical devices in stock. In this sense, if there are supply difficulties or if one of the products is not in stock, the Seller reserves the right to inform the Custodian about this situation within 3 (three) days, by email to the communicated address.
14.2. If it is found that ESG medical devices are not in stock, the delivery period can be extended by another 30 (thirty) days.
14.3. If the Medical Device is not delivered within the extended delivery term under the conditions of art. 14.2, and the Custodian does not wish to maintain the order after this date, the Seller will return the amounts paid by the Custodian, within a period of 30 days from the date of communication of the Custodian’s intention to give up the Subscription for financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth 1 -20 years.

15. COMMENCEMENT OF SUBSCRIPTION TREATMENTS
The start of the dental treatments provided in the personalized treatment plan will be start at the time of payment by the Custodian. The treatments will be carried out in the locations indicated by Dr. Vladila Bogdan and his collaborators.

16. LIABILITY
16.1. Regarding the dispatch, transport and delivery of ESG medical devices, the Seller assumes no responsibility for situations beyond his control, including but not limited to: force majeure, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, civil disturbances, fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, unfavorable weather conditions and the like.
16.2. The seller does not assume responsibility for general illnesses or accidents that occur to the Patient/Custodian after the date of signing and may affect or even cancel the ‘Subscription financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth 1-20 years’
16.3. The Seller cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind that the Custodian or any third party may suffer as a result of the Seller fulfilling any of his obligations as a doctor within the medical actions undertaken according to the Financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth Subscription 1 -20 years also for damages resulting from the use of ESG Medical Devices after delivery and especially for their loss.
16.4. By sending data by email or creating and using the Subscriber Account, the Patient/User/Custodian assumes responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of the Account data (user and password) and for managing access to the Account, and, to the extent permitted by the legislation in force, is responsible of the activity carried out through his Account.
16.5. By sending his data by email or creating the Subscriber Account and/or using the Site Content and/or signing the Subscription for financially guaranteed maintenance of the number of teeth 1-20 years, the Patient / User / Custodian expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions The Site in the latest updated version that is communicated within the Site, existing as of today.
16.6. After signing the Subscription for the financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth for 1-20 years, by using ESG Medical Devices, it is equivalent to accepting the changes made to the Terms and Conditions of the Site and/or the updated versions of the Terms and Conditions of the Site.
16.7. The Terms and Conditions of the Site can be modified at any time by the Seller, they being opposable to Subscribers / Users / Custodians from the day they are displayed on the Site.
16.8. The site’s policy must be taken as such, without any condition, declaration or guarantee of any kind regarding the site, or its content (including any text, graphics, advertisements, links or other element). Consequently, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller excludes all guarantees not written in the subscription of financially guaranteed maintenance of the number of teeth 1-20 years, including but not limited to the conditions provided by law within satisfactory limits. Also, the Seller does not offer any guarantee regarding the content viruses on this site. Therefore, all guarantee and liability obligations will be reduced in accordance with the maximum admissible statutory limit.

17. SPECIAL CLAUSES
17.1. The Custodian undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the technical data and clinical and scientific results that the Seller makes available to him, in the process of training on the use of the devices and recommending treatment to third parties.
17.2. In order to fulfill in good conditions the Subscription for financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth 1-20 years, it is necessary to present yourself at the clinics indicated by the dentist Vladila Bogdan whenever he notifies you by email and urgently within a maximum of 48 hours at any sign of damage, inflammation of teeth, implants. Failure to comply with these obligations and conditions will involve the full and exclusive assumption of responsibility of the Patient/Custodian, both for worsening the state of the teeth and for the more elaborate procedures required to maintain the number of teeth.

18. FORCE MAJEURE
18.1. None of the parties will be liable for non-execution of its contractual obligations, if such non-execution on time and/or in an appropriate manner, in whole or in part, is due to a force majeure event. Force majeure is the unforeseeable event, beyond the control of the parties and which cannot be avoided.
18.2. If, within 30 (thirty) days from the date of its occurrence, the respective event does not cease, each party will have the right to notify the other party of the full termination of the subscription financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth 1-20 years without any of them to be able to claim the other damages

19. APPLICABLE LAW – JURISDICTION
This Agreement is subject to Romanian law. Any disputes arising between the Seller and the Patient/Custodian will be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be settled by the competent Romanian courts at the Seller’s domicile.

20. INFORMATION ON WEEE
20.1. Waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) can contain dangerous substances that have a negative impact on the environment and human health if they are not collected separately.
Considering the provisions of GEO 195/2005 – regarding environmental protection and G.O.G. 5/2015 regarding electrical and electronic equipment waste, the following will be taken into account:
20.1.1. Custodians have the obligation not to dispose of WEEE as unsorted municipal waste and to collect this WEEE separately;
20.1.2. the collection of this waste will be carried out through the public WEEE collection service, through collection centers organized by economic operators authorized for the collection of WEEE.
20.2. The symbol that indicates that electrical and electronic equipment is subject to separate collection is a wheelie bin with a cross, representing a pictogram, indicating that WEEE must not be mixed with household waste and that they are subject to separate collection.

Appendix A

1. Object of the Contract:

The product that is the subject of the online sale-purchase contract consists of “Subscription for financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth for 1-20 years”

2. The price

The price of a Subscription for financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth is the equivalent in RON of 4500 Euro for 1 year with the possibility of extending it up to 20 years. After analyzing the x-ray and other clinical and para-clinical examinations, dr. Vladila Bogdan and the dentists appointed by him will decide the number of years and implicitly the price to be invoiced. To buy the Subscription for financially guaranteed maintenance of the existing number of teeth for a maximum of 20 years, the price will be 90,000 Euros, payable in full or in installments.

Contraindications
The Electronic Stem Generator medical device is contraindicated for use by people experiencing the following health situations/problems:
1. The task;
2. Biological functions assisted by external or internal equipment (e.g. Pacemaker);
3. Benign or malignant cancerous tumors;
4. Hemorrhages or open injuries in the areas to be treated.
